STAY eligible: Youth ages 14 - 18 on a county or tribal social services caseload and experienced an out-of-home placement for at least 30 consecutive days after age 14. This means any youth in foster care, including extended foster care, may be served starting at age 14 up to their 18th birthday. This includes all child welfare/protection, children’s mental health, and developmental disabilities workgroups in SSIS.
